MODUL Group performed the complete range of services including design, supply of equipment, installation and commissioning of the engineering systems: power supply, internal and external lighting, heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, smoke exhaust, cold supply, water supply, sewerage, automatic fire extinguishing, public and fire security, telecommunications, Building Management System (BMS) - of Mercedes-Benz Plaza multifunctional center with total area of 15,000 m².
The building consists of: the DaimlerChrysler office premises, exhibition hall, tenants area, bank office, restaurant, car showroom and double-deck underground parking.
One of the most comfortable environmental control systems, based on "cooling beam" application, was introduced in the building. Installed structured cabling system enables to perform data transmission with the highest possible for the moment efficiency (category 7). An office lighting and climate control system is built on the base of EIB standard.

All works were executed at a very high professional level in accordance with the Russian standards, regulations and norms (GOSTs and SNiPs), as well as with the German DIN and VDE standards. Complex of building engineering systems provides maximum energy savings and high level of comfort and reliability.

Being the General designer and General contractor MODUL group started construction of an Ice Palace in Balashikha town. The company performs a complete scope of works for the project - from site preparation till commissioning.
It is planned to use the quick construction method during this project. The Balashikha Ice Palace is designed for 2500 seats and it will comprise two ice-hockey pitches.
The construction is planned to be finished in the first quarter of 2005.

MODUL Group performed design, installation and commissioning of the tunnel's ventilation system, including power supply, automation and management systems.
The ventilation system is based on 64 ventilators weighing from 1 to 8 tons, up to 3 meters in diameter and 166 valves up to 9 square meters each.
The equipment supply was fulfilled by Siemens and MODUL Group.

MODUL Group has been nominated to execute Design and Build contract for the construction of electronic equipment plant in Obninsk city. The project totaling an area over 22,000 m² consists of (apart from the assembly workshop - 9,000 m²) an automated warehouse, offices and technology space. The territory of the complex is well landscaped and comprises all the necessary transport solutions.

MODUL Group, being the general project designer and technical customer, have executed the full scope of design works for the elite residential building featuring a fitness center, swimming pool, and underground parking, totaling an area of 27 000 m².
In the course of project works MODUL Group simultaneously fulfilled the preparation of the Initial Documentation together with design works and obtaining all the necessary permissions thus providing for the substantial reduction of the investment period.
During design development a very special attention was given to the location of the project. The building is being built in the Kosygina street - one of the most ecologically clean and prestigious districts of the Russian capital. The magnificent views from the Monolith Plaza building open up onto the Cathedral of the Christ the Savior, the Moscow State University, the Novodevichy Monastery, and the Moskva river.

MODUL Group fulfilled design, supply of equipment, installation and commissioning of all the engineering systems of the building as per the Shell&Core concept. Total area of the business center is 8 500 m².
In addition to the above, MODUL Group was contracted for the tenant premises fit-out, where the scope of works comprised architectural and engineering design, supply of equipment and distribution of the engineering systems.

MODUL Group fulfilled supply, installation and commissioning of engineering equipment (sanitary, ventilation, air-conditioning, cooling and power supply systems) for the 20-level office building with the total area of 30,000 m2. Besides, internal lighting system was designed, supplied, installed and commissioned by MODUL Group.
According to Client's requirements main electrical risers were based on the busbars.
MODUL Group also designed and installed the system of cool ceilings, covering more than 13,000 m², which serves as part of the indoor microclimate system.

MODUL Group within a short period of time (September 2001 - May 2002), performed the complete range of services including design, supply of equipment, installation and commissioning of the engineering systems: heating, ventilation, water supply, foul, soil and storm drainage, air-conditioning, hydrant and automatic fire extinguishing, smoke exhaust, public and fire security, power supply, internal and external lighting, telecommunications of the A-class office and retail center - Berlin House in Moscow, totaling an area of 15,000 m².
All the engineering systems were integrated into the building management system.

MODUL Group performed a range of construction and engineering works for the renovation of Lokomotiv football stadium with 30,000 seats capacity. The stadium meets all the UEFA requirements and allows to hold football matches at international level.
All the engineering systems were integrated into sophisticated stadium management system.
The underground load-bearing structures of the stadium were made in monolith. The thickness of the foundation varies from 1,000 mm to 1,950 mm. The area of the translucent covering is 20,000 m2 with the canopy of 33 m and the height of the load-bearing pylons being 53,5 m.

MODUL Group built a 27-level residential building with the total area of 32,000 m². The building features administrative floor, a two level underground parking and a helipad for the evacuation of people in case of fire. There is also a car wash with water-circulation purification system in the parking part of the building.
The facing of the ventilated facade of the building is made of ceramic granite based on aluminium frame.
The load-bearing elements of the building underground part are made with the use of "slurry wall" technology.

MODUL Group was contracted for the supply of equipment, installation and commissioning of all the engineering systems of the project.
Besides, MODUL Group carried out the full range of works on internal lighting.

MODUL Group performed the complete range of services including design, supply of equipment, installation and commissioning of the engineering systems: heating, cooling, ventilation, sanitary, power supply, internal lighting, fire extinguishing, voice, fire and intruder alarms, lightning protection, video surveillance, telephony, on-line television, intercom and gas analyzer system in the underground parking.
MODUL Group also carried out external lighting of the retail and office center.

MODUL Group, in consortium with ABB group, within a short period of time (September 1996 - November 1997) designed, supplied, installed and commissioned the full range of engineering systems for the largest in Europe underground retail complex totaling an area of 70,000 m².
The power supply, water supply, drainage, ventilation, air-conditioning, heating, cooling, fire protection, communication, alarm and public safety systems are integrated into the building management system.
